HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

AFTER SPEAKING TO YOU AND FINDING OUT EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR - WE WILL QUOTE YOU A PRICE WITHIN 24 HOURS TO MAKE SURE WE ARE ABLE TO ACCOMDATE ALL YOUR NEEDS.

CANCELLATIONS?

IN THE EVENT OF BAD WEATHER, A CLIENT WILL BE ABLE TO RESCHEDULE A PICNIC. 

HOW LONG DOES SETUP TAKE?

SETUP TYPICALLY TAKES AN HOUR BUT COULD BE LONGER DEPENDING ON HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE AT EVENT.

CAN I MAKE IT CUSTOM?
ABSOLUTELY. WE WILL WORK VERY CAREFULLY TO GIVE YOU THE PERFECT CUSTOM EXPERIENCE FOR YOUR TEEPEES/PICNIC. THIS WILL BE AN ADD-ON CHARGE.

IS FOOD PROVIDED?

WE DO NOT PROVIDE THE FOOD. BUT WE HAVE PARTNERED UP WITH HILLS BOARD CHARCUTERIE FOR A PERFECT CHARCUTERIE BOARD FOR YOUR SPECIAL EVENT

TRAVEL FEE:

YES. WE DO REQUIRE A TRAVEL FEE AS WE ARE MAKING MULTIPLE TRIPS.

EQUIPMENT
ALL OUR EQUIPMENT BELONGS TO TRENDY TEEPEES AND IS TO BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS YOU FOUND IT. ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THE EQUIPMENT WILL BE CHARGED FOR ACCORDINGLY. STAINS TO LINEN AND EQUIPMENT WILL BE CLEANED ACCORDINGLY AND MAY RESULT IN DRY CLEANING OR PROFESSIONAL CLEANING CHARGES.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN YOUR PICNIC TABLE ACCOMDATE?
WE CAN ACCOMDATE AROUND 6-24 PEOPLE (IF YOU NEED MORE THAN THAT - WE CAN LOOK INTO ACCOMDATING) 


HOW MUCH DOES YOUR TEEPEE PACKAGES START OUT AT? AND CAN WE KEEP THEM OVERNIGHT?
OUR STARTING RATE FOR TEEPEE PACKAGES START AT $450 DOLLARS INCLUDING THEMES. WE ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT CREATING A MAGICAL EXPERIENCE AND WE WILL PICK IT UP THE NEXT MORNING. 

HOW MUCH DOES YOUR PICNIC PARTIES START OUT AT?
OUR STANDARD PICNIC PARTIES START OUT AT $500 DOLLARS. ADD-ON'S & THEMES ARE ADDITIONAL CHARGES 

HOW MUCH DOES YOUR TEEPEE DATE NIGHT PACKAGE START AT?
OUR TEEPEE DATE NIGHT STARTS OUT AT $300 DOLLARS

HOW FAR AHEAD SHOULD I BOOK MY EVENT?
WITH SUMMER HERE - WE ARE GETTING BOOKED OUT VERY QUICKLY. WE SUGGEST TO BOOK A MONTH IN ADVANCE TO SECURE YOUR DATE. 

​

A PARTIAL DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE YOUR DATE. THIS MEANS YOU MUST PAY HALF OF THE TOTAL COST TO SECURE YOUR DATE. IF DEPOSIT ISN'T MADE AFTER BOOKING IS COMPLETE - THE DATE WILL NO LONGER BE RESERVED.

PAYMENT OF METHOD:

WE ACCEPT VENMO & ZELLE FOR DEPOSIT MADE

HOW WE ENSURE WORKPLACE SAFETY:
ALL SANITATION WE USE CONTAIN HAND SANITIZER WITH AT LEAST 60% ETHANOL OR 70% ISOPROPANOL.

​

ALL OF OUR RETURNED TEEPEES, TENTS AND BEDDING ARE LAUNDERED WITH DETERGENT AND SANITIZED IN A WASHER BEFORE THEY ARE DRIED AND PRESSED. BOTH USED AND UNUSED TENTS, TEEPEES, PILLOW COVERS & SHEETS ARE CLEANED USING WATER TEMPERATURE SETTINGS AND WASH CYCLES IN ACCORDANCE WITH FDA GUIDELINES.

ALL OF OUR TABLES ARE WIPED DOWN WITH DISINFECTING CLEANER AND SANITIZED BEFORE THEY ARE STORED FOR FUTURE EVENTS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CDC GUIDELINES.


OUR TEAM IS REQUIRED TO WEWAR MASKS AND GLOVES WHICH WILL BE CHANGED AFTER EACH DELIVERY AND PICKUP

Our furniture is very delicate. It requires special handling from our team. If you want to move your setup, please notify one of our team members. Moving our furniture without permission can result in a $50 dollar fee.


Candles are for decoration only, please don’t light them up. Lighting up the candles can damage our table runners and tables. Damage can result in a $50 dollar fee.


Charger plates are for decoration only, all of our guest with have a disposable plate for use. Damage can result in a $25 dollar fee per charger.
